Florida · Charters, shuttles and transfers

The group arrives
together, on time.

Moving forty people is a logistics problem, not a driving one. Pickup points that work, a route planned around real traffic, and a driver who knows where the coach can actually turn around.

How we work

Registered, insured, and happy to prove it

Koach Florida II LLC is a limited liability company registered to do business in the State of Florida, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.

Passenger transport is regulated for good reason. Operating authority and USDOT numbers appear on our quotations, insurance certificates and driver licensing are available on request before you book, and vehicles are inspected and maintained on schedule. Any operator who hesitates when you ask for those documents is telling you something.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

How do you price a trip?

Against your itinerary: vehicle, hours, mileage, driver and any waiting time, itemized in writing. No charges appear later that weren't quoted.

Can I see your insurance and authority?

Yes, before you book. Operating authority and USDOT numbers are on the quotation and certificates are provided on request.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better for weekends and event season. Send the date and we'll tell you straight away whether we have availability.

Can a coach reach my venue?

Tell us the address and we'll check access and turning before quoting. It's better to find out now than with forty people on board.

What about delays?

Traffic and weather are outside anyone's control, so we build realistic timings rather than optimistic ones and keep you informed on the day.

Do you book hotels or tickets?

No. We're a transportation company, not a travel agency or tour operator — we move people, and that's all we sell.

Moving a group?

Send the date, headcount and itinerary. A written quote, free, within one business day.
